1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CellTechUk Limited ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. Repair Services

When submitting a device for repair, you acknowledge that:

• You are the legal owner of the device.
• Any existing manufacturer warranty may be voided by our services.
• You have backed up all data on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss.
• We use high-quality replacement parts which may not be original manufacturer parts.

3. Warranty

We provide a 12-month limited warranty on most repairs. This warranty covers defects in the parts installed and the workmanship performed. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or software issues occurring after the repair.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of our primary business jurisdiction. CellTechUk Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of said jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
